    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping is free!  We try to get all in-stock items shipped within two business days. We will email you about any significant delays.  Note we only sell and ship within the continental United States.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    We want to you to be happy with your purchase and will accept returns of unworn items with tags still attached, when shipped back within 15 days of receipt.  Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.  In the case of a defective product, the customer will be credited return shipping costs, up to a maximum of $15.

    Please first email us at info@ellabartwear.com and we'll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number; include the RA number with all returns.
